Full stack development, database driven projects, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Vue. I've built full business applications from inception to completion. Check out some projects below.
Calculating tile coverage and converting pieces to square feet is out of band for basic accounting software, so I created a full program to create projects, quote customers, invoice and order products. It also acts as a project management tool to track project pipelines and includes customer and vendor management.
Cool features: Built in email system, PDF creator, templating, modal based previews.
A moving company wanted to automate a bunch of crew-related functions that were taking up a ton of time for their office staff. Instead of using a spreadsheet to calculate everyone's job commissions, then individually emailing each crew member their pay, I automated the whole project. They type in a few numbers about the job, and select the crew, and the system calculates their pay and emails the crew their pay automatically. It also helps HR create payroll with a crew based payroll report.
A tedious task that took 5 minutes per job, up to 25 times per day has been cut down to under a minute.
I was managing a 2000 person event a few years ago, and instead of dealing with 300-400 ticket transfer requests by email, I wrote an application to sell the tickets and allowed all users to enter a portal, and transfer their ticket to another email address securely and automatically.
Apart from being an app developer, I'm a rock climber and runner. I rock climb 2-3 time per week at an indoor gym, and get out to the real rock walls outside of town whenever I can. I run and work out as well.
I Also enjoy creating things on my 3D printers (Both of them.) using Fusion360 to design functional household items and art projects. I like woodworking and welding as well.
